Return & Refund Policy — Vocalise™ by Restoriva Labs LLC

Pre-Order Orders Vocalise™ is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order charges are processed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy below applies.


Returns: All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds

All purchases of Vocalise™ are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and food safety regulations, opened or unopened products cannot be returned or resold.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@restorivalabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Pre-orders: By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your card will be charged at the time of purchase and that orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

This policy is in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and recommend next steps.


Non-Returnable Items As a dietary supplement and personal care product, Vocalise™ cannot be returned once opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific situation, please reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it directly. For all other exchanges, return the item under our standard return policy and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@restorivalabs.com.
